I was cleaning out my closet before biggest loser starts and i found the 30 day shred that i had bought this spring. I never did it but i think that come thursday morning once the husband is back gone i will be doing this . Has anyone ever tried it??? What do you think of it???

I eat when i get nervouse. I'm getting weigh in ,in 2 days and i know i did really good (no junk and lots of exersice) but now I'm nervouse and all i want to do is eat. Thanks everyone!!! I did have a cheat day this week and it was today for supper. I had chinesse food. It was good but i only eat half my plate and now i'm good till next week. I do know that there's alot of salt so i've already had 12 glasses of water today and i'm going to try to fit another 4-6 before i go to bed…

I do it weekly. Sometimes i even go to 2 weeks. The scale is not my friend. I rather go but the way my clothes fit. But i do weigh in every wednesday at a dietician (not sure who to spell it). Sometimes i don't even ask her how much. When i see a smile on her face i know it's good and that's all i care about.
