Seriously Fat days are normal. I have them all the time when ever i start eating and drinking the wrong foods. I hate those days because emotionally it makes me feel frustrated but I can appreciate those days because that keeps me in check. LIKE RIGHT NOW!!! LOL :-)

I gained 4 pounds in the last few days. I kept up with the exercise but ate too many fats and carbs. not the good ones either...well back to grind...one good thing did come out of it, awareness! lay off the alcohol and be good to my self.

NO!!! but the best all around chest, arm, back and stomach workout is pushups. therefore if your don't have physical problems with ur shoulders, back or arms do them daily!!! the strongest sexyest people in the workout industry do good old fashioned pushups.

it's processed turkey parts meat, with additives that include sugar. so I don't eat Turkey Bacon, I perfer real turkey meat. As for Bacon perfer real bacon, center cut is best, so is thick cut but either way it's ok to eat a slice of bacon, but the entire package wil make u fat. its up to you....

Don't run especially if u don't enjoy it. ride a bike, spin bike (the best kind), eliptical trainers, aquatic aerobics, or just walk. why make it so difficult? get a heart rate monitor and enjoy ur exercise freedom!!!
