You can definitely do it! It takes patience, discipline and focus! Weight loss is about 75% nutrition and 25% exercise. Start with just being more active and making better eating habit.

It's definitely possible! Proper nutrition is about 75% of it, plus a regular work out routine. It takes a lot of effort to change your body composition but hard work and good eating habits it's definitely possible
