  • i shop there every week..they have EVERYTHING...dont stress about eating....just watch your portions...and worse case scenario..exercise to offset what you eat...

  • i started c210k mid november..i just completed week 9 day 1 ...last saturday i decided to run to my brothers..3.49 miles in 40 minutes..."does couch to 10k work" HELL YEAH!!! i cant wait to get to 10k...i never thought i would love to run...but i do ..i really do!!! good luck cant wait to hear about your progress!!
  • hydrate!! hydrate!! hydrate!! i have only had leg cramps when i dont drink enough water before AND after i run....i always drink at least 20 oz's about 30-40 minutes before i run..and alot of water for the rest of the evening after a run..seems to work for me
  • i was on my way to work june 20, 2011 and decided "i'm done" finished my last cigarette and never turned back...you have to WANT to stop....

  • i was on ww thru work...it was pricey..i lost weight but put it all on...and thensome....this is free and you dont weigh in with a group of people....:)
  • if i break a sweat when cleaning i count it...shoveling the driveway, i count it, walking dogs of course..but cooking dinner..yeah..not so much..
  • that tasting everything that i am cooking adds up...that i CAN exercise and LOVE it...and that after all of these years...i CAN run!!
  • are you vegan? if you are vegan...you could eat soy and tofu...or legumes...you have alot of alternatives to fruits and vegetables...google a vegan diet ...
  • i started walking with my dogs...first it was 15 minutes after dinner...then it was a half hour...then it was 15 mins in am and half hour at night now its 30 mins in am 30 mins in pm...elliptical 4 days a week...running 3 days a week....treadmill ...and whatever else i can do.....walking is a GREAT start!
  • i dont make new years resolutions....i did, however decide in october 2012 that i was done being out of shape...i had quit smoking a year earlier and after months of neglect managed to gain 35lbs...i started eating healthy and exercising...2013 is going to be my year of fitness. ..i will be running my first ever race (10k)…

  • im sick now...i still exercise...just nothing crazy..i have an elliptical at home..i may get on that..i walk my dogs twice a day every day regardless of how i feel..(they have to go)...i tend to feel better after i exercise...finish my day hot steamy shower and into bed...
  • i started couch to 10k in november..i had never run in my life..i am in week 6 and ran 2.5 miles the other day...without a problem...its a series of walking and running...and its AWESOME!!

  • i am 5'1 1/2" i used to be 5'2 lol...i was really happy at 130..that is my current goal..but i may try a little smaller not less than 125..i would like to be a very fit 125

  • i measure out the serving sizes on snacks and keep them in those little snack bags on the counter..my husband ( who per the doctor) is on a high fiber diet..so i measure out his daily supply and hide the rest!! he searches the cabinets..i hear him looking in drawers...ha!! he will never fiind them...hey! sometimes you need…

  • i have been doing c210k for the last 5 weeks..do it at your own pace...it may take you longer to finish but you need to listen to your body...feel better!
