My goal right now is 180. I am 5'10". I was 159 for half a second 11 years ago, and I was way too thin. However, I wasn't working out at all. So, I don't know what 180 will look like or how it will feel. I will reevaluate then. :)

I'm 5'10" and have a large frame. My "We'll re-evaluate when I get there goal" is 180. I was bones at 160, so I doubt I'll go below 170.

I wear a women's size 12 and a Men's size 11 (weird I know...) When I can find them, I buy Asics, but I have to buy a 12.5 to fit right.

I am 5'10" with a large frame. I am currently 222ish. My first goal is to get to 180, then reevaluate. When I did WW 10 years ago, i got down to 159...for about a minute ; ) I was entirely too thin at the low end of the 160s. But, I did very little strength training, so I am curious to see the difference it makes this time…

I am 5'10". I currently weigh 236. My goal is 180, and I'll reassess from there. In my mid-20's, I got down to 159 for about 10 minutes. ;) I stayed at 165ish for a while. Looking back at pics from that time, I was too thin. I didn't really exercise, though. Now, I'll be 35 in 3 months, and I hope to be at my pre-pregnancy…
