I have been having a bad week :cry: I have a lot of personal issues that i am trying to sort out :ohwell: 600 / 2500 Stairs (Have to walk up stair to get to my apartment Lol) 0 / 60 Tricep Dips I'm NOT going to hold you guys back so I am going to be working really hard the next few days to make it up!

Was able to get in another 7 miles this afternnon and i am going to try and get some more done before the end of the day. Update: 22.5/25 Miles 60/40 Airplanes I have sent out a friend request to all the team members also! I love all my new friends :heart: :heart: :heart:

I had a late start also but found that biking is the best way to catch up on those miles (if you have access to one).

Bust: 52 Waist: 54 Hips: 58.5 Arm: 13.5 Thigh: 28.5 I lost a little in each area, so i am happy about it :smile: I still have along was to go but I'm happy to see it moving in the right direction now. I'll weigh in on Sunday morning like usually (unless needed sooner?). Good luck to all :drinker:

I have completed 15 for today (Wednesday). My goal is to do at LEAST 15 everyday up to Sunday to make my 75 :happy:

Thanks :happy: I was kind of upset about only losing 1 Ib last week but this has made me feel a ton better :heart: You guys are the best and I am so ready for the next challenge!

I was thinking about starting TurboFire over again starting tomorrow. I usually start up and then stop by Wednesday :ohwell: Soooo, challenge for this week is to stick with it no matter what!

I only lost 1 Ib this week but I'm still happy about it :smile: Now I have to work my butt off to make it to my 15 Ib weight lost for August (only 5 Ibs away)!!!!
