Yep.. I'm sticking to the real stuff.. It taste like crap.. I thought it was disgusting.. I'd rather have the real pasta on a good day of training to have the extra calories and carbs.

Yep I get that.. And what makes it worse is that it's the people that told me I need to lose weight in the first place. They now say don't lose anymore you look sick... What is wrong with People ??

I LOVE my Fitbit ONE.. I would be lost without it.. I think it is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone :)

One side of my family are really supportive and I thank them for being so supportive.. But the other side say I'm starting to look sick and to stop, mind you they were the ones telling me I need to lose weight in the first place.... I'm not even at goal yet.. Can't wait to hear their comments when I'm at Goal lol..

I was told by my trainer that if you want to exercise on an empty stomach then you should eat within half an hour after your bike ride. Even if its something small like a muesli bar or a protein shake.

What ever works for you.. I don't eat them and I still lose weight.. If that stops working then I will try and eat them.. It's really up to you.. Try one way and if it doesn't work then try the other way.

Thankyou :) I know everyone says to eat them.. But I don't.. I never have.. The only time I will go over my daily goal of 1200 Calories is if I've worked out twice a day.. Therefore I need the food for my energy levels.

Classes.. I find Classes at the gym so good to keep the cardio up as you want to keep up with everyone else in the class.

Calorie Counting is easy now with all the tools out there to help you.. Like My Fitness Pal.. Once you know how many calories you should be eating to lose weight you will enter your food into the app and it will tell you the calories in everything you eat.

I'm 5'4 and I started at 117KG (258pounds).. I currently weigh 78KG (171pounds).. I still have a bit to go but I feel great and I now think I'm starting to look great.. I'm not sure how to add photos here but I have some in my profile :)

I've lost almost 40kg and have gone from a DD to a loose D probably almost a C now.. It was the first area I lost the weight in.. But now its not coming off from there anymore.. Hopefully they will stay this size by the time I get to goal... Although they are now smaller they look and feel alot better then they were when…
