Green Book. Went with my mother-in-law, really loved the movie. I was probably the only person in the theatre under the age of 35 😂

I'm so excited for my holidays this year! - two weeks camping in outback South Australia with my family at Easter - 5 days with my girlfriends in spa and wine country near Melbourne in June (Daylesford for the Aussies) - 9 days in Vanuatu in July with my family Then it'll be a long, hard slog til Christmas 😂
-
It's officially February here in Oz, and I'm so proud that I only had a single glass of wine for the entire month of January! Compared to December where I easily would have drank 8+ bottles :# Onward and upward! (except on the scales ;) )

So sorry to read about your pupper :'( If you're tech savvy, there are apps that turn walking/running into games - 'The Walk' and 'Zombies, Run!' can both be used while walking. I guess even 'Pokemon Go' would give you an excuse to get out and about too.
-
That app looks awesome, @cupotea ! I had my first glass of wine on Wednesday for the year - I had lunch with a girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. Even after one drink, I could feel that voice in my head saying "you want more" but I ignored it. Hopefully I can last another 20+ days before my next tipple.

Mine is liquid.... wine. All it takes is one glass, then I start rummaging in the fridge and I don't stop. But I'm working on mindful moderation this year, allowing one drink here or there without sidetracking my progress.

Workout gear is practically the mum uniform in Australia - we're all about comfort, apparently. I've been to the supermarket in my pyjamas before, so I'm not one to judge :D

'You must be a good swimmer with your webbed toes' (they're cute-webbed, not freaky-webbed, I promise... and yes, I am a good swimmer ;) )

I've got a body composition scan in early March, and I want to be down at least 5kg from my previous scan results (3 month period).
-
I use a chest strap + Polar A300, and I trust it for cardio (but not weights). I don't eat back exercise calories, generally. I'm a bit suss on wrist-based measurements, but I'm sure they're accurate enough.

Great brows!

The week before my period, I am an eating machine and crave sugar and carbs. Then once it starts, my hunger dies right off and I'm barely hungry. It all averages out so I eat when I need to, and try to make smarter choices around what I eat (plus drinking a HECK of a lot of water to fill me up).

There are two Spotify playlists I play to death: - Nu Metal Generation (all NWOAHM) - One More Rep (mix of heavy rock and metal)

Country Victoria here... dunno about "gorgeous time of year", I'm melting!
-
I'm going on a family holiday to a tropical island in July, and I want to feel confident standing against my SIL, who rocks a bikini after two kids.
-
I cannot stand the smell or taste of coffee.... so I get my caffeine in my preworkout.
-
1hr back and shoulders, I upped my weights today so pray for me tomorrow. - lat pulldowns, seated rows, Arnold press, trap raises, single arm DB rows... and I'm forgetting something else.
-
I'm going AF for a month or two too - currently 8 days in, and starting to finally not crave it. Summer is the hardest time, because the weather is great and I want to sit outside sipping a cider, but there's a reason why I gained back the 15+kg I had lost.... damn booze :s

Cotton On Active Core leggings. They're an Australian brand, but apparently it's available in the US - I have stopped buying my $100+ leggings and now exclusively wear these. They flatten your tummy, never ride down, squat proof... love them!

I'm from country Vic!
-
Me too! I'm an Aussie mum, love weight lifting, currently cutting.
-
I am exactly the same! Mid-30s Aussie mum, on the constant gain>lose>gain cycle, but trying to make this one stick.
-
I've got a 2yo and am about to give birth to my second in nine days time - can't wait to start losing weight again and hopefully get to goal! I want to lose 15-20kg from where I am right now (39 weeks pregnant). I'll add you all now!
-
Lisa, I swear the guidelines change weekly here (Australia)! Or maybe it's just who you speak to? I see a different midwife at every appointment, and if I listened to all of their advice, my head would probably explode from the contradictions! Currently 32+3 weeks, and am sitting 0.5kg above my pre-pregnancy weight…

There is the Fit, Fabulous and Pregnant group - http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1903-fit-fabulous-pregnant Feel free to add me too, I'm 29 weeks and keeping track of my weight gain and exercise here

Everywhere, but I first notice a loss on my wrists and my neck/face.
-
Right now it's thighs. Ask me when I'm not pregnant and it's probably stomach.

I am all of the above (stressed, tired, in pain) - working 50hrs a week, 7mo pregnant, plus a toddler who doesn't sleep. Logging religiously is the one thing that keeps me on track. As soon as I fail to log one thing (especially things that I know will blow out my cals for the day), it's all over, red rover. It's taken me…

Awesome work, ladies! I'm currently 26+3, and have gained just shy of 2kg (4.4lb). I'm loosely following the gestational diabetes eating plan and counting calories to maintain my weight (doc has OKed it, as I am overweight, BMI was closer to the obese end than normal weight). Really hoping to keep my weight gain to a…
