Newbie needing accountabilabuddies!
So glad I found this group! I had my second child via repeat c-section four weeks ago, and I'm starting to count cals again to lose the final 10kg. I managed to only gain 5kg during my pregnancy, so I'm already below my pre-pregnancy weight, but I need to lose the excess and shrink the jelly belly. I'm 74.4kg right now,…

Can anyone recommend some great exercise vids that are a bit kinder on the knees, but still really intense?

Except this morning I wake up to find I've dropped another 0.7kg (1.5lb). Yes, I weigh myself every morning to stay accountable. And I…

Failed at maintenance!
Hi everyone! My story: In 2009 I was placed on a very restrictive diet by my doctor (no processed foods at all) to try and combat my terrible migraines. And I lost 15kg over about 25 weeks. BUT... I found the cause of my migraines to be something totally different, and over 2010 and 2011 I've put it all back on. Now I look…
