Most embarrassing thing: I would eat an entire block of chocolate in the half-hour drive home from work. Weirdest thing: I would eat a tin of salmon, covered in tomato sauce and sprinkled with sugar.

I managed to wean myself off fizzy drinks a while back - while they filled me up initially, they were just making me hungrier in the long run. And the caffeine was affecting my sleep. I hate to think what damage they did to my teeth! Now I only have one when we're going out for dinner, or are visiting friends.

I spend AU$100 a week for myself, my boyfriend, two dogs and one cat. I managed to cut it down from $150 a week by giving up non-essentials. Living in China was awesome though - I managed to live on 100yuan a week for food (about US$15).

I'm going to start the 30 Day Shred next Monday. I really want to start today, but I cannot afford to be stiff and sore for the weekend because I have a ball to attend, and swing dancing in heels is hard enough with loose muscles. Can you try mixing up your exercise routine? I know that if I do the same thing every day, my body gets used to it and I lose less than when I'm doing a combination of different exercises.
