I also am an apple shape. Always seem to have a tire around my middle! I lose weight and always still have it.... I am in the process of doing INSANITY. I did the fitness test yesterday. I have heard it is very hard, but I have seen the before and after results which are very inspiring. This really works your core area so…

I am new at this & think I will try the Group B....25 miles I need some motivation, so hope this helps as well will be very challenging for me!

I like ranch as well. I use a little bit and also mix with franks hot sauce or salsa. If you put your salad in a tupperware container and top with the dressing then put lid on and shake it you will use way less dressing. (This tosses it all over it & you still will be able to taste it)

You look great! I am new to MFP and you may have helped me figure out how many calories I am supposed to eat....If I am supposed to have 1200 calories originally and I exercise for 600 more calories, do I eat those calories too or not?

Thanks for the encouragement....I will hang in there! I do really like MFP though! It helps keep you in check. Do you all only have your 1200 calories to lose the weight (that is what I am supposed to have starting out the day) Or do you have some additional from the calories that you burned for the day?
