i am tired and not really motivated in to going to the gym i know when am there i will be fine buti have bad belly ache and gas not nice i know i just dont wont to get embaressed i have burned 2229 calories this week i eat under 1200 a day, should i just go or will missing a day be bad xx

Take the day off!!! You need to eat more calories. That is why you are tired0

I have always been told take at least 1 day off a week to let your body rest and re-coup but thats just me and whats been working for me so far maybe eat alittle of you exercise calories back it might help with being tierd your body might need fuel so try having some fruit or add more veggies to your meals
