today was day 8 for me, since i took sunday off. it went well and i started C25k last night. looking forward to weigh in day. should i weigh in tomorrow or wait for thursday since thursday will be by day 10? i don't wanna mess up weigh in day. hope everyone is having a great day!

i went smack in the middle of my healthy weight range just to give me an idea where to start. i honestly have no idea what i want. i could care less about the actual number, i just want to put on my size 5 jeans with a snug shirt and not have muffin top. :)

well, i decided to take yesterday off so i did my L1D7 today. i actually felt WAY better today after taking one day off. i think my muscles needed it! looking forward to weigh in/measure in day! i know i've lost some inches here and there and i weighed yesterday but i guess we'll see what another couple days brings me!

getting ready to do my L1D7, its been a week since i weighed so i'll be going to weigh in tonight. i'm not so concerned about what the weight will be however since i just broke out the tape measure and i'm amazing down 1" in my waist, an astounding 2 1/2" on my hips and 1" on my bust! i had no idea it could change that…

every single one of these reasons^^^^ are exactly how i feel. i just had family pictures, the one posted on my main profile pic is one, and i hate how i look. i would never forgo family pics because i think they are super important...but i have yet to take one that i'm completely ok with.

tomatoes, i used to eat them only in certain things but now i slice them up and sprinkle just a hint of salt and eat them up :) just finished some in fact. i'm also starting to like bell peppers..i used to shun ANY food that had bell peppers in them but now i like them in certain things..and even crave things like fajitas…

i don't have before and afters. i'm a shorty, 5' ....maybe not quite. i'm at 132.5 and my goal is 110 to start. i'll reassess that once i get there. i have never been below around 125 since i started having kids 12 years ago. now that i'm done having babies..i'm ready for my body to be mine again..and to look amazing!
