I definitely do leg lifts while I'm in position. But since this is the first time that i'm trying this exercise, I'm wondering if it's effective. Since most of you say that it is, I'm going to continue and track the process. Is there a way to log in planking? Or a substitute for it?

HI! I'm from Alabama and I'm trying to lose at least another 15-20 pounds. I was 150 last year and lost 10 whole pounds lol. This year, I'm working on the last little bit and I'm working on toning up for the summer. Need all the encouragement I can get. Good job and good luck with everyone's weight loss goals!

We were in 9th grade in high school. Both of us were sitting on the bleachers in gym and he kicked me....lol. Well, I didn't like him, but soon in junior year, we became the best of friends. Now, 8 years later, 3 kids and 4 years of marriage under our belt, we're as happy now as we were back then. :)

I'm actually drinking at least 4 liter bottles of water. It took me a minute to realize that I was drinking 16+ glasses a day. But as soon as I saw my bottle empty, I would refill again. It gets better as you go along.
