One reminder, you will be doing this for a while so pace yourself and dont get frustrated AT ALL. I have been at it for six months, and have had good days, bad days, very bad days, and super good days. :) When you get frustrated, eat an apple.

don't beat yourself up. i feel the same way and each time i force myself to work out during cramps and feel worse, personally speaking. listen to your body I say.

2lbs a week is good. i lost 25 pounds so far eating excess of sugar but worked out hard. Your body needs sugar (carbs) otherwise you'll get sick.

I agree with you, this is what I have been doing and I don't feel deprived. I stay within my limits but I have noticed that I consciously make better food choices that are filling and keep me going on my insane workout sessions. But I have to ask if it is normal to flat line after a good 2/3 pounds a week after doing this…
