With no gym or bike.. try doing workout videos at home. Honestly, it has to come within. How bad do you want? Just because you don't have a friend to walk with doesn't mean you can't walk by yourself. Also try Meetup.com - they have groups for walking, hiking, etc.. where you can meet people and exercise together.

I'm finishing up month one and going into recovery week today. Yesterday I was quite proud of the fact that I was able to do 1-2-3 Heisman's, suicides, and level one drills with perfect form and still keep up. I usually try to take one day of rest. I try to work out 6 days a week. I don't schedule the day ahead of time, I just listen to my body.

I work out after work around 6pm. I'm a commuter so I go to a gym that's on my way home. After that I go home make and eat dinner and then do insanity.
