Just to help Joyous catch up, I have been good on everything all week and caught up to today on all my exercises. I have done 5 1/2 extra miles (I pledged 5) and hope to do a couple of more to add to the total. Everyone is doing wonderful! Go Team!

I am in love with Special K multi-grain crackers. You can have 24 of them for only 120 calories. They taste great and make a great snack, wonderful with tuna fish or a "chip" replacement for sandwiches.

Some of these same people may actually be trying really hard, but don't understand the entire concept. Maybe they used to eat 8 slices of pizza for lunch and cut that down to 4. Sorry, didn't check in last night. Ended up having to go sit in a hospital CCU waiting room all evening for a sick uncle. I am good on everything except I didn't get the swimmer's presses in. I'll work on them tonight hopefully. I did end up walking 4 1/2 miles yesterday.

The calorie burn for steps is different from person to person. It depends on your weight and the length of your stride for instance. I bought an inexpensive pedometer at a major retailer that keeps up with my steps and calories burned. I had to load in my weight and measure my normal walking and running stride.
