Didn't get any more exercises in this weekend, so I ended at 800 jumping jacks, 250 situps and 7 miles. Managed my food thru Saturday but didn't get my water in on Saturday. Did my body-fat percentage, got a friend to join MFP and lost 2.2 lbs.

Angel, I had to back out of Sept. Will be gone 9 days on a cruise and then a work conference a week later, so I knew I wouldn't get to log or do challenges.
