Those windshield wipers were killer!!
21/2 checks for me. Didn't get All of my water in.
Need some suggestions. I am a teacher. 1st day of school was today. Anybody else a teacher? How do you get 64 oz in with having to pee all the time?

Girls I'm havin a rough day being motivated. Big time stress with a sick toddler, work and a distant husband.

Food and water good yesterday. Got 2 more miles of walking in at lunch, but NO exercises! I'll have to make them up today. Had a hair appt. after work that took forever. So no calorie burn but no gray roots! WINNING!0

been under calories and gotten in all my water all three days.0 -

Joyous- I got exercises and water
M T W of last week.
Water on 4 days
And stayed under calories 3 days
I was unable to weigh.
I have weighed this morning and I am up 3 pounds which, doesn't surprise me considering what I have been through the last week.
So my weight today is
263
I am hoping at least a pound or 2 is just water weight from all of the traveling. (over 40+ hours in the car since Friday0 -
Ok, m'dears. I am back. I did not have the energy to do any of the exercises so far this week. I have gotten an extra 33 miles of walking in.
I am not sure I will be participating the September challenge, at least not as captain. I haven't recieved any response from the challenge leader in regards to my questions.0 -
