Sorry I haven't been checking in, I've been doing double shifts at work but have completed days 1-5. However I've been a bit crap on the weekly extras, I've done 300 extra crunches, 1 extra mile and no extra jumping jacks :-( sorry guys! I'm hoping to bail out of work early tonight and do some jumping jacks and I'll try to walk 3miles on sat & sunday plus 300 extra crunches each day *fingers crossed*

I'm caught up on all my challenge exercises. Still hatin' the burpees. I have seven extra miles for the week. Not feeling the jumping jacks this week. sorry ladies.
I talked to a friend at work about joining.
I missed my water check yesterday though. Work and grad school I just couldn't get it all in.
So who all is in for Sept?

Angel, I had to back out of Sept. Will be gone 9 days on a cruise and then a work conference a week later, so I knew I wouldn't get to log or do challenges. I hope to be back in October on a challenge again!
Today is my weigh in! Lost 2.2 lbs! Yay. No change in my bust or waist, but 2" off my hips and 1" off my thighs! Yay....I agree, the burpees suck, but they are working dang it! Lol.

and 1.5 miles - sorry, I realise that's pretty rubbish but I have no free time, working all of this bank holiday weekend :-(

Wasnt on all weekend. "/ I did all exercises. Stayed under my calories. Drank all my waters.
