I am in the same boat as you but I am on Stage 5. I haven't lost any weight yet but I have put on a lot of muscle. I hope I am able to lose the weight. Not sure where you carry your extra weight but mine is all in my stomach. I really hope I can lose this weight I have 30- 40 pounds to lose. Let me know of your progress.

Lol, I hated the prone jacknives, I too fell off the first couple of times but at the end I could do them no problem and I actually enjoyed them.

I gave up diet pepsi for two months and drank only water and lost nothing.

Good luck I am sure you will do fine. To make my 5k's have a little more zing I make a tutu for every race.

I have never done Bodyvive but I have done Body Attack and my hrm said I burned 566 calories. I know turbokick says that you can burn 1000 calories per class but I never come even close to that.

To the women who followed New Rules of Lifting for Women did you follow the diet or did you do your own thing. Also how many calories were you taking in and can you recommend a protein shake. I love my cardio, did you still fit cardio while following the book. Any advise will help or if you wanted to add me. Thanks

I'm 5'0" and 165 and have been trying to get to 130. I thought running a half marathon would help me lose weight. I am one that can't lose weight so I gave up and now I am trying to tone up to see if that changes anything (fingers crossed). Friend me if you have a similar story.
