Half a bell pepper with hummus<3 mmm

I'm definitely gonna have to try that. I LOVE breakfast for lunch! :) I'm a little bland, because I eat 6 meals/day. I just have a piece of bread w/ peanut butter, some soup, cucumber and tomoatos.

i would go with how much. Portion sizing is everything!!
-
Smaller portions will do. Every food is healthy, you just have to watch how much you have and how often you have it.

Having an extra 1000-2000 calories :) I don't count having dessert as binging. I count it as a treat.

I'm not really into bald guys (no offence), but hot body :) dayuum.

Vegetarian hot dogs and burgers :) Try & get that packaged salad too, it's super easy and quick. You could try looking for low calorie hot dog buns too.

holy crap. that's awesome! keep up the good work :)

A good fruit high in fat is avocado. I think a serving has about 20g of fat.

Eating more regularly, like 6 meals/day can help boost your metabolism.

I like to follow the 80/20 rule. Eat healthy 80% of the time, and for the rest of the 20% treat yourself. For example, this whole week I ate healthy so I allowed myself to have some of my mom's home made blueberry crisp. I find that this is helping me out mentally, and maybe even physically because it's keeping my…

Ahahahaha no worries on the poundage issue :p I would try turbo fire, but I'm going off to university in the fall and since I'll already be starving from a strict budget, I kinda don't want to pay for another beach body product :p I think I'd rather save for a butt reduction LOL. Thanks for the help <3 I'll try and mix it…

I actually DO have the brazilian butt lift workout :p It did work somewhat for me (half an inch in a month -.-) and I guess I can pop in the dvd and change things up a bit. I forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me!

Oh yeah.. definitely. The hardest ones I've done was p90x, although I only completed 3 weeks of it because I got sick of hearing Tony's voice everyday xD Try beachbody.com or the 30 day shred. I promise you will get a good workout from them. If you're looking to REALLY build muscle, I'd recommend p90 or p90x. Even though I…

Forget about it. It's only little slip up, and as long as you don't do it every day, it won't affect you in the long run. Just remember that you enjoyed it. Tomorrow is a new day with new beginnings :)

Yeah I did do that calculation.. the one where women should be about 0.7? My only problem is, is that a LOT of fat is stored there and my butt tends to stick out on it's own. It's great for some purposes (lol xD) but I'm just sick of it altogether.

I actually just began fartleks to improve my running. Basically like said above, they are just sprints over a moderate run. I'm still a beginner at it, but I do about 8 sprints for 5 km at around 30 seconds -1 minute each. I do run cross-country so some of the sprints are uphill.

Alright.. so I have sparked a bit of controversy. Just to be clear, I wasn't aiming at slimmer people. I was aiming for people who are trying to lose a large sum of weight, and are just beginning their weight loss diets. I do agree that everybody IS an individual and have their own caloric needs. I didn't specifically say…

You shouldn't be eating one big meal everyday. Sumo wrestlers gain weight fast by not eating breakfast or lunch, and just eating a HUGE meal at supper. Eat smaller, regular meals throughout the day. So 3 meals per day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and include a snack in there if you get hungry.

Fruit smoothie, or cheerios + all bran buds, soy nuts and milk. Ommmmmmmmmmmmmm so gooood with berries on the side.
-
I'd definitely stay on for weight maintenance. I didn't know how many calories/day I was consuming, but now I have a rough estimate! Plus it'll help avoid the freshman 15 :)

About once/week. Your weight flucuates throughout the week. For buying a scale, ask yourself this: Would you be tempted in weighing yourself every hour of the day/7 days per week? If yes, don't buy a scale. It will just demotivate you. If no, go ahead and buy one.

Most likely, your body is at a plateau and adjusting to the weight loss. This could happen after a month of weight loss. I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Just be sure to watch the portion sizes and the amount of 'extras' you are eating, such as butter. I would agree that you should get more fiber in your diet.…

I used Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter. In Canada, it comes in a brown labelled container. It took me about a week to get used to the texture (more thick) and flavour (less sugary) but now I'm never switching back!! I absolutely love it. It would be even better if you didn't have to stir the peanut oil in, but I'm willing…

best of luck! remember we're here for you :) don't give up!!!

Yeeeeeeees! I'm starting my first year of university, and I want to avoid the freshman 15!!! :) this is exactly what i need! motivation in case i feel like giving up!

Start off slowly! For example, one night jog 5 minutes then walk the rest of the way. The next night, try 8-10 minutes. Keep increasing your time slowly each night. This will help slowly introduce your body to a more intense cardio workout. If you feel that you can't do 10 minutes, back off and only do 7. Increase the time…
