Is too much good fat bad for you?
I've always wondered this. I'm guessing that the extra fat would just be stored in your body, but does it do any other harm besides that? Like to your triglycerides, cholesterol etc?

Is there such a thing as too much fibre?
I've always heard how good fibre was good for your body, but everyday I'm going way overboard with it, according to my food diary. I know you shouldn't go over carbs, sugar, sodium etc, but what about fibre? Is there a limit?
