I found some exercises online that would help tone my pear shaped body (woohoo) but some of the strength training moves, I've never heard of before but they are mentioned in different articles. If you know what any of them are, please describe it with great detail please!
-Leg Outs (abs I think)
-L-Kicks
-V-scissors (abs; I think I know what this one is. Is it where you 'swish' your legs horizontally over eachother, back and forth, also called vertical scissors?) -Got it! Thanks youtube.
-Alternate Leg Lifts - Got it! Thanks google.
-Standing knee to chest (50 reps; I think this is self explanatory, but how long would you hold?) -Got it! Thanks some yoga site.
-One-legged Leg Lifts -Got it! Thanks some random dude on youtube.
Thank you! I'll be googling/youtubing some of them, but the first two I couldn't find and had NO idea what they were.

Haha that's ok!
Now I just need to figure out what L-Kicks are and what Leg-Outs are.0 -

The crap thing with tons of exercises is that people make up their own names for them.
An L-leg lift or whatever could be a donkey kick or a glute kick-up....
Look for alternate names maybe?0 -

Thank you for the leg-out!
& LOL at the L-Kick. I found that move, but I hope it's not what it actually is. Thanks though!
Edit: I think I found it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45YVKSQN88E
