Welcome! I've been on here for years and still have not lost weight. SAHM of 4 all 7 and under. Still trying to figure out how to make myself a priority. I am making changes though. I'm working out and we are eating better. Just need to be consistent and stop the emotional eating. Good luck!

Im up cleaning and I want a smore soooooo bad. The worst thing ever is to know they taste amazing out the microwave if you like me hate the burn campfire marshellow. I'll just keep cleaning around the pantry until I get tired.

It was explained to me like this: Think of your metabolism like a fire. If you smother it with huge logs (big meals) you will snuff out the fire. It will still burn but just barely enough to consume the logs.In body terms you will get fat. But if you eat smaller meals daily( nutritious of course) they are like tiny…

P90x is a workout DVD method that uses muscle confusion to lose weight and strenght train in 30, 60, 90 intervals. I would recommend previously having done some workout since it can be hardcore but its not necessary. Go to beachbody.com. They have other workout dvds such as Zumba and Isanity

Love the Fiber One Brownies. Just the right size and the right amount of chocolate to satisfy. But whatever you do DO NOT eat 2 in a day. LOL The aftermath is enough to practice portion control.

I have over 135 to lose but right right now it feels like 1,000. Just take it one day at a time or one meal at a time.:wink:
