I eat some type of small carb like an apple or a banana before I workout then after I eat a large meal about 300-600 cal which is usally a large salad with avocado and home made dressing and two chicken thighs.

Oh yea!! Your body will burn off your dinner. Also, I had a trainer once and she said it was fine to eat 30 min before going to bed. I lost 30 lbs with her. Then of course school, work, and quick meals on campus got in the way and I've gained it all back. So, I'm starting over but I've 9 lbs so far.

I usually eat some type of carb before I workout, a banana or apple, then after I work out I eat a veggie/high protien meal. So I would say eat dinner after you come home.

I say go to your doctor on campus and talk with him or her. People who are morbidly obese can lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time initially. My favorite way is just cut it in half take out the seed and eat it raw. I put it in salads as well to give more substance, tastes good with any kind of dressing. I also mash it up and use it as spreads for sandwhiches and turkey burgers instead of mayo.
