Strickly as far as burning calories 600 cal is 600 cal no matter how you burn it. If your thinking of toning and building muscle then yes different work outs give different results in that respect.

I know this sounds counter productive, but you probably need to eat more. If your eating below your BMR on a regular basis your body is going to go into starvation mode and hold on to everything it has. Also, do you eat back your excersise calories? That would probably help as well. Your body needs a good balance intake…

Can you go on walks? I think you'll still be able to lose weight if you stick to a healthy living diet and keep a slightly active life style such as walking and doing chores around the house. You obviously won't lose weight as fast, but I think you'll slowly lose weight.

Could you just do the personal trainer once a week?Thats what I do, then use that weight routine you do with your personal trainer the rest of the week till you meet with him or her the next week. look at the daily percentages of all those supplements your taking. The only supplements I take is a womens one a day, fish oil, and one calcium supplement because I'm on depo I need I bit of extra calcium.

I would go through one or two a season when I was swimming in high school and that was only 4 months long. I also wore my goggles extremely tight though so they wouldn't leak. That was probably a contributing factor to the breaks.

The percentages aren't in mg its the percent recommended daily value so its recommened to take 1000-1500 mg of calcium a day if your percent daily value is at 100% and you eat 1000-1500 mg of calcium this spot will be full, but if you eat 800% that is 8000-12000mg of calcium.

I drink lots of water, but I also have a hard time differenciating between hunger and boredom. So if in doubt I usually just drink water, if it's outside of eating times, somtimes I'll eat an apple or banana with a glass of water just to satisfy myself.
