I am eating about 1200 to 1250 per day. I have opted to use slimfast low carb 3,2,1, shakes. It really helps balance out the day. Women need at least 1200 cals. you would lose alot more weight and it may also help you with the binges. you are depriving yourself so its harder to turn it off once you start. the rule is to eat when you are hungry and stop before you get full. You need to take into consideration when you weighed yourself. You should always weigh yourself at the same time everytime you weigh in. Preferrably in the morning before you eat or drink anything. There is no better time to do it than now, your young and the weight will come off fairly easy once you start your regimen. Welcome to MFP, this is one of the best online weight loss support groups. It has definately worked for me and many other participants. As long as you are dedicated to logging in your meals you will lose the weight. Feel free to add me. I also heard that this is very similar to weight watchers online program.

Me 3, Im thinking maybe because its because we are depriving ourselves from carbs, or maybe its the workout however I have beeen trying to be good and eat low carb tortillas, and ritz. you can eat 10 ritz and its only 20 grams of carbs.
