I think you could substitute calorie free, caffeine free beverages for about half your daily water but plain water is best for your body. I prefer Fage 0% plain! I like to mix it with applesauce (no sugar added) and cinnamon. Otherwise I'll add a Tbsp of low sugar strawberry jam (Smuckers). I have discovered that now I like to look GOOD so I dress up more than I did before. Believe me, I still like jeans but I dress them up more than before (old me would just wear plain colored t-shirts). I'm in a size L, used to be a 3X (24W) and now I'm a size 12/14 and large tops (no -X's!) I dress more confidently now.
