I have a vivofit too and I've been confused about the same stuff...it's hard to read their graphs...The first day it was telling me crazy calorie burns but since then it's gotten more consistant. I'm not sure if it's learning our routine or what?

I have a garmin vivofit...works like fitbit that its a step tracker, but you have an option of getting a TRUE HRM to connect to it!!

I admit that I have felt that way!! I have a friend who didn't need to lose much weight for her wedding and I was needing to lose a ton. But I realized by watching her, she had to work really hard to lose those pounds. I too, wish I only needed to lose 10, but we will get there!!!!!!

I have not read through all replies, but have you guys seen the Garmin Vivofit activity tracker with HR monitor...I just bought it after comparing it to the polar loop and the fitbit!!

So true...I have a list on my phone of things from every fast food place around that I can eat and their calories so I'm always prepared...it happens to all of us!! I think it's a good idea to be prepared!

I find that sometimes splurging will help bump my metabolism and I will end up losing weight and getting over small plateaus. My last plateau last 3 months...grrrr!!! Changing your excersise routine helps too!
