  • I completely hear where you are coming from on this issue...I feel your frustration. I hate how I can have 5 days in a week where I've burned more than I've taken in and then have two days that are less than stellar and it's those two days that determine my weight for that week :grumble:

  • I love applebees but prefer to just save calories and eat smaller portions of the regular menu items because of the sodium. I cannot tolerate foods loaded with sodium and I can taste it immediately in the <550 items. I assume they load up on the sodium to mask the lack of flavor otherwise?
