Why not cupcakes? They are small you can make a 1/2 batch of 6 and decorate them with the kids!(Or buy a box of minis at the grocery store) It would be fun and portion controlled! you can put a candle in it too!! :flowerforyou: PS HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

thats all i know it as, its usually with the acorn squash. but most stores now will only have a few since its the end of the season, and its not as good as in the early fall. If you do find it i have a great recipe if youd like i can send it to ya!

I added it by going to "my exercises" than plugged in what my HRM said. Otherwise i did it as High impact Aerobics.

First there is only an inital weigh in. 2nd there is a gain/loss along with the # of workouts for the week and the total minutes for the week. Not a problem, just log the workouts you do during the week and aim for at least 30 in the next 5 weeks!

No you dont have to do it every day, On the DVD jillian say to do 5-6x/w, but you can really do what ever you want! The whole idea was to get everyone moving!!

Uhg! I have the same problem!! my stomach looks like i have a pouch or am pregnant (IM NOT) but im loosing weight everywhere else... I keep getting the same answers too. Cardio.. because we cant target the fat to come off.. maybe a magic spell... lol, lots of ab workouts and cardio... Jillian is really good... Good Luck!

No I its not safe and eventually you will stop loosing and can not only mess up your metabolism but start to burn muscle and hold onto fat... technically you shoud use you BMR as a base, since this is the calorie intake needed to "live".

I agree, I was eating 1200 and exercising but not loosing at all. I thought that if I ate back my exercise id be defeating the purpous, but this is incorrect. You need to eat what you exercise on top of your calories in order to continue burning. I ended up using my BMR rate as my calorie base and started to loose pretty…
