  • Hi Tiff i agree, the foods are a little confusing but I found it helpful to plan out the week (or at least the day before) by counting off the foods using the colors as a measuring cup and than making a meal plan from that. trying to do it the day of was harder.

  • Yep he knows what I weigh because he is the best person to help me along in my weight loss. He knew my starting weight and I told him my goals and what my eating habits were.   • I use an HRM and get an accurate calorie count than made my own "exercise" you can do this on your exercise tab... :happy:
