These were supposed to be Lasagna Cupcakes, but they turned into Lasagna Wontons and then turned into Lasagna Ravioli ^_^

So here is what I did for my Lasagna Ravioli
Dough Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose white flour
1/4 - 1/2 cup water (add more as needed)
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Mix together and let sit, covered, for 30 minutes.
Stuffing Ingredients:
Perdue Ground Turkey (cooked)
Shoprite Ricotta Cheese
Cabot Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
Pasta sauce/ marinara sauce (I used pasta sauce and it was a bit watery. Marinara may be better next time)
Basic Directions:
Roll out dough very thin and cut into squares of preferred size. I cut mine into eight squares.
Stretch dough to desired shape/thinness and put preferred amount of all above stuffing ingredients.
Fold over edges of dough and pinch together with fork to seal.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
