Should I be at 1200 for calories or my BMI??
OK can anyone tell me if I'm correct in my calorie goal? I did the BMI set up and my calories should be at 1344, but when I plugged in the "recommended" to loose 1lb per week for a total of 15lbs it said 1200. So Ive reached a plateau I plugged in my BMR which gave the calorie intake of 1335 so when I eat that amount it always says that I will loose x amount in 5 wks. The amount is usually about 5lbs. not hungry but dont want to binge later....
so im way under my calories, but today i worked out. I found that if i ate high fiber i was not hungry at all. Im not sure if its stress or just that im not hungry due to the food choices. What to do with Tofu?
Anyone have any ideas on some tofu recipes? Ive tried to cook with it but it ends up tasting like rubber yuck. I saute w/oil and veggies for a stir fry and its all oily and gross. I tried a curry with veggies and still yucky! how do you cook this stuff???

Protein shake before or after workout?
Just got Jillian Michaels Chocolate Shake protein mix,. It was good, like choco milk! (i used skim milk) I went for a jog and got the worst cramp! Ouch. I thought you were supposed to drink before an exercise, but the bottle said its a post drink. Anyone know what your really supposed to do?

Fiber one 80 cal cereal

Going over calories
When you are under your calorie goal on one day, does it roll into another day? would it be a percentage or all?? I seem to have been going 200less than what my 1200 goal is, but than on Fridays I go over.
