help with a plateau

So Ive reached a plateau I plugged in my BMR which gave the calorie intake of 1335 so when I eat that amount it always says that I will loose x amount in 5 wks. The amount is usually about 5lbs. I want to loose another 15, so when I eat 1200 It says I'm eating to few calories, I always thought that 1200 calories is to little. Any ideas on what I should do? I'm so confused!

    Do you eat the same food a lot? Or do the same exercises?

    If so, try mixing up your menu and your routine. Surprise your body a bit.

    Unfortunately, sometimes all you can do it wait it out, but maybe try some weight training instead of cardio, or vice versa. Get your blood pumping in a new way or try a few new recipes!

    Agreed with this ^^. Trying mixing up your foods, eat cleaner, and try new exercises. I just had a big gain on vaca and was on a plateau before that. So i changed up a lot this week and finally going down on scale. Good luck.
