not hungry but dont want to binge later....

so im way under my calories, but today i worked out. I found that if i ate high fiber i was not hungry at all. Im not sure if its stress or just that im not hungry due to the food choices. I dont want to stop loosing weight or do it unhealthily (is that a word?? lol), but i just dont want to eat... anyone else have this delemma? Im afraid one day im going to binge on everything i see. (this has happened before and its gross) i find im forcing myself to eat (sometimes making me go over)

    The days I work out I am always scrounging around, at the end of the day, for some calories & I’m not even hungry. It sucks…

    I feel that way all the time. There are many times where I actually have to force myself to eat. (If we don't eat enough it can cause a problem in the weight loss dept too). Have a snack like a yogurt or an apple to atleast keep your body burning calories. :)

    If you are not hungry but need the calories, eat a tablespoon of peanut butter or eat a few nuts. The calories are high for small amounts but you get good fat and protein.
