  • Have you told him how much his remarks impact you? Perhaps start there and if he does not apologize and change his tune, then he is not worthy of your time.
  • Good for you! The guy could have been a little less over the top and given you a nice compliment. Let's just err on the side of his positive intent and relish in you!
  • Why do you have to stop. Why not plan for it, make a healthy snack before hand and then have something to eat if you choose. Something need to be accomodated for and others do not. If this is something you are having a difficult time controlling than plan for it until you come to a place where it doesn't matter anymore.…
  • I love all their ice cream. Its all good and it has very few calories. I try to get the one with the least amount of calories but I enjoy them all.
  • I would research on the CDC, FDA or other website for more information. Antidotal information is not really going to give you the information that you want. :flowerforyou:

  • I use to wear umpire waistline dresses, I was chubby and I am still considered overwieght. I was and continue to be physically active. Children today sit in front of the TV, computer or video game and don't move for hours. It's not just a matter of over-eating, its a matter of inactivity. Parents have a responsibility to…
  • Everyone has those days. Fluctuations in hormones, women tend to gain water weight throughout the month. When I ovulate I tend to pack on the pounds but once menses starts, and then ends I have lost weight.
  • Wow, you have a lot going on! Maybe you and Jane, after dealing with all the stress and anxious anticipation, just need a moment to sit, read, watch movies, eat a good meal and breath. Lie in the sun, sit on the beach, play in the pool, go for a ride at sunset, invite friends over for a potluck or BBQ. Just enjoy the down…

  • I have a pair of 2 sizes to big, ripped, button won't stay buttoned, zipper does it's own thing, shorts that I love! They look horrendous on me but I love them! Won't get rid of them, even though the fabric is tearing away!:smooched:
  • Cool, welcom Gilly!
  • I go for 4 -20 minute walks and I stay home and workout instead of trying to be outside. Way to hot, dangerously hot with increased fluid loss. :explode:
  • I use splenda. I drink lots of water and very little soda or other sugary drinks. If I crave a sugary treat I get a McDonalds vanilla icecream cone and that usually satisfies me. I mix a little bit of juice with carbonated water. :drinker:
  • That is awesome! :flowerforyou:
  • I am planning on getting a Wii Fit to add some fun and variety to my exercise ritual. I have heard great things about it and am hoping it will be worth the money spent. I use my BR scale, it's at least consistent!:blushing:
  • Hi, I think you are in good company here. Welcome:flowerforyou:
  • It all depends on how old the woment behind you were. If there were in their late teens and early twenties, well that is a compliment. If they were in thier late twenties to thirties, AH OH!:flowerforyou:
  • I like to work out with someone else at the gym but if I am home, I like to work out by myself:flowerforyou: SW: 183 GW: 150 CW: 183 Two days in!
  • I don't think it really makes a difference. You are tilting your weight forward and up on the balls of your feet, throwing your body out of it's natural alignment. I am sure it is still uncomfortable. I love high heels but can only wear them when I am going out.
