Well, I am originally from Buffalo, NY and I love love love the Buffalo Sabres Hockey Team! Hockey players are strong and don't give up very easy.........That's how I feel about myself:bigsmile:

I think if you do what is easiest and makes most sense to you, you will in the long run start to make more healthy choices (and then again, maybe not). I know alot of people who cannot stomach vege's or fruit and they lose weight just fine.

See if there is a gym near you with a pool or a YWCA. Most of them have water aerobics and it makes working out much more fun and pleasant.
