Do you have a whole foods store over there? or an asian market? If so, they are in the refrigerated section. If you don't have either available, you can google shirataki noodles online and buy them online as well.

I think its fine if it fits in your daily calorie intake. I make plain instant oatmeal for my children and then add some all fruit preserves to it. They love it and it cuts down the sugar intake a bit.

I agree with you 100%. I am an ex-smoker and its one of the hardest things to quit......I've been on this site for over 2 years now and lately its just producing more negative statements than positive......just so sad that people are that "Perfect".
