Taco salad (with beef or chicken) without the shell and have them put the cheese and sour cream on the side so you can control it. I usually pour salsa over mine with about a tbls of sour cream.......oh yummy.....you don't even miss the cheese.

I would use them the same way you would use beans or peas..................and yes, they are so yummy. Bet they would be good with Quinoa,Chicken and garlic..........mmmmmm:bigsmile:
