You could wear a dress or nice slacks. I've been to a couple dinner theatres in Ft. Wayne, IN and I wore a dress. My first week I lost 4 pounds..I attribute it to the "shock" of my body not used to the diet & exericse I'm getting. It will most likely change...if not head to the DR.

Welcome, I believe you'll find MFP quite helpful. Planning helps but at least the database can quickly tell you the nutrional values. You need to strike the right balance between diet & exercise...which sometimes takes a lot of tweaking and trying different things. Need to make sure your eating and not putting your body in starvation mode & maybe you need to work out less. Have 3-4 higher impact days and a couple where your workouts are lighter. I"m not…
