  • For the first time ever, my boyfriend decided he wanted to give Insanity a try-- so we didn't do pure cardio this morning. I did NOT want to start him off with that. We did Plyo, but will do pure cardio tomorrow probably :) So, this week will be all out of order. Oh well. Happy week 4, y'all
  • yay!!! I hit my snooze this morning. I have plans after work so I knew I wasn't going to be able to work out after work and I was just like "screw it. Skipping one day isn't going to hurt anything", but then as if possessed I got up and worked out and was so happy I did! Have a great weekend!

  • I think this one is my favorite! Oh I did cardio abs yesterday. It's crazy how much stronger I've gotten since the first time we did that video! When I first started I could never keep my hands in front of my glutes and could on get my leg up (c-sti on the in and out leg bit) like maybe 3 times.

  • Ugh, I was not in the zone today, but I did it. By the second basket ball jumps round I just thought I was going to cry, but kept at it which is all that matter :) Currently having a delicious mango protein smoothie to reward myself :)
