  • I have a heart rate monitor, but it's very close (usually) to "circuit training" on MFP. I didn't have a HRM my first go around, but now that I do I find that wasn't far off. Hope you're loving Insanity! It's changed my life

  • Four days a week is better than zero! And you need to take care of your ankle or you will be down to none a week! Do you have access to a gym or somewhere with a crosstrainer machine, stationary bike or rowing machine? You could do those to supplement the other days if you were worried about not training

  • I did! I got about 405 calories burned doing the max cardio video. My boyfriend is still trucking along with me which is great because I really wanted to sleep an hour longer this morning, but I knew I would feel lame telling him I wanted to sleep instead so I got up and did it! Whatever gets you going, ya know!
