I don't use a treadmill but I know that my regular walking pace is over 3 mph, when I jog very slow it's about 5, so I think 4 would be a brisk walk, but too slow for me to jog.

At first I agreed that there can't be that many people saying you're fat, since I'm bigger than you and nobody says I'm fat, but knowing you live in Asia I can believe it, I had an Asian woman call me the "chubby girl" at the place I worked, so man that must be rough! Not everyone can be so tiny like a lot of Asian women,…

I've always wanted to be some type of detective or investigator, as far back as I can imagine. I was in sales for a while, now I'm working on becoming a lawyer. I'm hoping maybe my real job after I pass the bar will involve some investigation at least.

About 110

Slowly moving along. I did PR at a 5K this weekend so I must be doing something right even though I'm way behind.
-
I weigh myself whenever I go into the bathroom.
-
Well I'm only at 47.4 :-( I've been super busy with school starting so I may have to readjust my goal next month.
-
They say you should eat 2 hours before you run, but I'm not getting up to eat at 5 am and then sitting around for two hours. I don't eat before I run and I usually do 7 miles. On the rare occasion I go out at night I do eat.

I agree, before I lost weight my fingers just barely touched around my wrist, now they overlap, so I do think you can have some weight there.

I'm wondering if the HCG part of it helps, why can't you just eat a regular healthy diet and still take the HCG? If the hormone part was a helpful part why do you need to do that AND eat so much less?
-
Wow you look so different! I've tried to stop logging and just hope that I've made a lifestyle change, but I find that once I'm not accountable for what I eat I eat way too much. I hope I don't have to keep a diary the rest of my life!

When people honk I can never tell if they're making fun of me or think I'm attractive, I usually think theyre being sarcastic

I think I was posting in the wrong forum... Anyway I just started so that's ok. This months goal is 104 miles ran or jogged. Started out yesterday with 8
-
8 yesterday, off today but will run tomorrow.

Last month's goal was 90, and I was on track to blow past it but got so busy this week I only ended up at 93.5. So I added 10 to kick it up a notch but wasn't too harsh on myself in case it gets crazy again. My miles are all running/jogging. If I added walking it would be much more, but harder to keep track of. My 10K is…

If a thigh gap is your goal, well that's fine I guess. I've never even thought about it until I started looking at the threads! And I asked my boyfriend and he's never even heard of a thigh gap or noticed when women do or do not have them, so to me I just don't understand who started looking for them in the first place.
-
Only ran 3 miles this week, because so busy with school :-( so total of 93.5. But I made it!
-
NO ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER
-
Added 6 this morning and hit my goal! 90.5. Do I keep going now, or am I done? I mean obviously I'll still run this month but am I supposed to update this forum?
-
Today was my long run day... Added 16! 84.5 total, maybe I should have been more ambitious with my goal!

I've never really done the whole rewards thing, after I lost so much I HAD to buy new clothes, so that was an inadvertent reward, of course. Thinking about getting my belly button pierced if and only if my stomach ever gets flat. But really knowing that I did it is enough reward for me! I feel so good about myself.

I'm in a relationship and I still do whatever I want.

Exactly, I don't mean "eat more" as in an excuse to eat crap. It's tough to stay around 1200 calories, even with how small I am. When I exercise it means I can enjoy more chicken, eat a bigger breakfast, and not have to worry about it so much.
-
I usually try to get a lot of protein at breakfast (including a shake) so that I stay full the rest of the day. Otherwise I don't think it really matters WHEN you take it.
-
I exercise so that I can eat more!
-
Woah I never realized that cows actually don't eat like cows! That just blew my mind!
-
Haha. I ate like a cow on my weeklong vacation to Mexico and lost 3 lbs and an inch in my waist.
-
I don't have pics but I can say my face has changed enough that I no longer need to take pictures at a high angle! Now I can take a picture of my face from straight ahead without a double chin. It's nice.
-
I looked into it, but I actually prefer to buy fresh, natural ingredients and just make my own shakes. It's fun to come up with different combinations and it's cheaper, and I can still make low calorie combinations that keep me full for hours.
