So what if she is? Does that make wanting to lose more weight and/or be healthier less legitimate for her? And people look different at different weights. So maybe she is 110 and it's all fat. Or maybe she looks like Kate Moss. She doesn't care what people here think of her weight, she cares what she thinks of her weight.

First of all, everyone needs to quit saying that she's 110 so she's skinny already. How do you all feel when you tell people you are watching what you are eating, and they tell you it's silly because you're already skinny? Besides I don't think huge weight loss is her goal or purpose of this post. MFP isn't just for obese…

Pasta...I used to eat pasta about every day. (whole wheat pasta of course... I don't even like regular pasta). OR My mom's chicken and dumplings. I think she puts crack in it. OR Chick Fil A. I know they put crack in their breadding.

5'1 1/2... I started at 143 and my ultimate goal was 105-107. But now I'm down to 122 and I'm starting to see a lot of progress, so maybe I will stop before that.

Soon you will have that same problem again...except you will run out because your pants are too big!

I hate having a beard the most.

I have HUGE shoulders so I really don't want to get bigger there... yeah they say women don't have enough testosterone to get big but I have a testosterone problem, so while I'm sure I don't have as much testosterone as a man, I'm afraid that I will get big.

A new baby is a great "excuse" for fitness! Not only is it good for the baby to stay healthy and fit during pregnancy, but now you will have one more reason to continue your lifestyle. Even if you do gain weight it will be for a good reason, and remember, you don't HAVE TO gain a lot of weight during pregnancy!

Last semester I lost 15ish lbs in 8 weeks, ate whatever I wanted so long as i stayed around my daily calorie goal. It wasn't healthy but it worked. I lost two more without trying at all. I maintained for a while during finals. Now I'm back. This time I'm trying to eat healthy foods but I'm not as worried about my calorie…

I've gotten to the point where instead of disagreeing, I smile and say thank you, but only because if you disagree, they quit trying. But I still don't feel like it's true. I always appreciate it more when people compliment something specific, like "I love your eyes" or "you look really sexy in that red top".

I don't log anything under 10-15 calories... gum (which I don't chew much of), mints, coffee, tea, spices, sometimes I will if I'm bored but if I'm busy I won't. I always add anything substantial like condiments, and my vitamins. I know that the things I don't log have calories, though insignificant, and people on here are…

After reading this I've realized that nobody has ever made a negative comment about how I look. A couple times my parents would say I am getting heavy, but that was true. Nobody's ever called me ugly. But apparently some people do get called ugly. So why am I convinced that people think I'm ugly if nobody's ever told me I…

I've researched Alli. I did take it for a little while. I'm not sure if it worked because I only used it for a week (I couldn't afford it). But I didn't have any problems with poo. I don't eat much fat. I've researched it then and again a couple months ago, people complain about the poo problems, but generally it seems…

I just don't like when people try to force me to eat because I'm not fat. No I'm not overweight anymore but I'm not happy with myself still so I should still be allowed to lose weight or at least maintain it.

Oh I love milk...I used to drink a quarter to half gallon every day. I'd drink it with every meal, at random times, at night when I woke up thirsty (1 or 2 percent). Now I don't drink it anywhere near as much, I focus on water, tea and coffee to save the calories. But once in a while I drink it if I have the calorie room.…

Yes...he always asks how was the gym, how's it going, and when I tell him how I'm doing he says he's happy and proud. He still takes me out to eat a lot but that's just because he doesn't like to cook, and he never pushes me to eat more than I want to when we're out, or drink more than I want to. I wish I could get him to…

Stress from college and also being depressed a lot... Made me eat all the time. Then I got a job with lots of money so I ate and drank a lot! But now I'm more positive and stress from grad school still gets to me but now I recognize why I'm eating. And now I'm too broke to go out!

106 unless I look too skinny, and just because they say you usually gain some back... So after the bounce back I want to be 115.
-
Nah I don't see how you can reliably count the calories, it would be different every time depending on the nature, the position, etc. plus who keeps track of how long it lasts?

This sounds mean, but I say the same things about people who got barbaric surgery. I know a few people personally and I should be happy for them that they are healthier but deep down I'm jealous and thinking it's not fair that I worked super hard on my weight and get a couple of pats on the back, while they underwent…
