I read this the other day and I LOVE it!!!! One of my friends posted on facebook and then someone else automatically started making excuses lol.

I have done the banana/eggs/protein and it still has that funky rubber taste. I haven't tried any of the rest though and I will be trying them all until I find the perfect one! Thanks!

I think so, I started running in March 2012 and did a half marathon in April 2013, so it's possible! I wasn't 100% out of shape when I started, but fairly close. I didn't use a specific program really, I built my way up to 5k just adding more and more milage, then did a few of those, then built up to a 10k with bridge to…

I love using my crock pot but I think it makes chicken taste weird lol. I just got a Ninja kitchen system for Christmas (was hoping for a Vitamix but I Googled it and I guess they are comparable but the Ninja is a lot less costly). The system comes with a blender set, a food processor set, and two to-go cups. I find it so…

This is how I feel about it. I've been on BC for about ten years now and I have been chubby and thin and everything in between. I have been on a couple different kinds as well. When I eat too many calories, I gain weight. When I have a calorie deficit, I lose weight. I don't know, maybe I've been on it so long that I don't…

I'd rather lose some boob than be chunky, so it wasn't really a big deal to me. When I was thinner, my boobs were smaller, but so was the rest of me so it all balanced out.

I'm a binger too and I always believed people binge to compensate for what's not there, but in my life I have no clue what it is. My life is pretty good, I like my job and my relationship, I don't have a lot of money but my bills are paid, the only thing I don't like is me! Maybe that's it.

Sweetener, I always ask for unsweetened.

Mozzarella cheese

My moms chicken and dumplings and her chicken paprikas. Also oreos. Sometimes pasta. Those cheese twists that melt in your mouth and only come in huge bags.

OH and the reason I can't just do what I did the first time I started running (or I don't want to) is because when I first started running I spent 6 months building up endurance on ellipticals and was somehow able to run 3 miles. Now I just want to start from scratch :)
-
I just looked at runkeeper and a lot of them say run/walk but at least one does appear that it can be modified so that I can just run. I think maybe 10% per week sounds like a good balance. I was trying to add whole half miles and then I got overwhelmed. Thanks for the info :)

I guess if people consider themselves runners then they are, but to me, a huge component of "running" is enjoying scenery, braving the elements, etc. Otherwise, it really is mostly about the exercise. I also don't know WHY anyone would rather just run on the treadmill than go outside. That's so boring. I'm an adult and…

It annoys me too and I was thinking of it a couple days ago when I noticed everyone uses their kids as their facebook banner, but I realized I have my cat and it's probably just as bad. My cat is cute though and not everyone's kids are cute. I do think people tend to lose their identities to their kids and maybe that's why…

Yes yes yes exactly that... I eat SOME of the things I want but could never even begin to fit them all into one day!
-
Yes I hate dieting. And yes I hate it even when it's a lifestyle change. And yes I hate it even when things fit my macros. Yeah I can have cake or a hamburger or drinks as part of my diet, but I want multiple drinks and cakes and hamburgers. I want to go on a cheese rampage every day. I want to eat piles of lasagna and…

I was around 120 for most of high school (I am and was 5' 1"). I was pretty active, I did cross country and marching band. I did track one year but didn't really like it so I was usually closer to 118 in the fall and closer to 122 in the spring. I thought I was really fat, and I guess I was chunky compared to most of the…

Don't need to necessarily bulk. I always had a pancake butt and even my own mother would make fun of me for it. I've been lifting consistently for about six months now, including doing squats and deadlifts and my butt has definitely improved. I wish I had taken before and after pictures but now it fills out my pants where…

People recommend doing HIIT to increase speed, but what worked for me was training for a 10k. I did bridge to 10k three times per week, and my 5k times got a lot quicker as well.

Starbucks snowman cookies are so tastey but almost 400 calories :(

It's good to be kind and hold the door for someone who's hands are full, or who is right there - that's just being a nice person, I agree with everyone about that. However, I hate it when I'm 10-20 steps away from a door, like nowhere CLOSE to a door, and nothing is in my hands, and someone stands there and holds it open…

I still don't really understand what crossfit is. Every time I look it up it says something different and i keep hearing about people getting hurt? From what I read I just imagine people partnered up jumping around a warehouse!

Wow this is all so scary. For all the people who are divorced or want to be because of problems, were there really no signs before you were married? I'm asking because I really am curious and for my own good. How can you be perfectly happy with someone for four or five years, and then they change? It seems like there…

With the interval workouts I do, I am changing things up every 30 to 90 seconds, so I don't have much time to think about when my next walk is!
-
I like to eat 2 hours before. If I eat too soon, I get cramps, but if I don't eat, I do get shakey and can't perform well. I say try different things and see what works for you!
-
Because it's fun. If you enjoy it, why not?
-
I HATE the treadmill for the same reason. The only way I've found to beat the boredom is to do interval training. But I only do that once a week, so honestly the treadmill is so boring I'd rather just deal with the cold. I'd suggest looking up some HIIT workouts and incorporating them once in a while. I don't think you're…

I say log it the day you ate it, but you can keep in mind that you will have tomorrow's calories or that you had extra the day before to balance out. I do the same thing with money!
