  • I take it at my local gym and i burn about 350 in the hour..5'4 133lbs! BUT i use a HRM!! If you dont have one i would highly suggest in getting one..i have the polar ft4 and LOVE it :)

  • A HRM is the most accurate reading youll get! My says im out of zone too alot but i just make sure im not over my max HR which is 192. if your out of zone it just means your burning more calories!

  • I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning and then i dont eat breakfast because im full but i will eat a granola bar right before working out so im not running on empty!

  • Your body may need a jumpstart so try upping your calories for a few days and see if you loose weight again..are you eatting back your exercise calories? you said your calories are SET at 1200 so if you burn 300 everyday try eatting 1500. HTH :happy:

  • i logged as cardo circuit training 20 mins which included to warm-up and exercise..now i use my HRM and LOVE it!
  • RI30 is 4 lvls and each one to be done for 5 or 6 days. i only made it to lvl 3..has the same 3-2-1 intervals as 30ds. 6 wk 6 pk has 2 lvls and each one to be done for 3 weeks with 1 or 2 rest days. Lvl 2 of 6wk6pk gave me the most calorie burn than 30ds and ri30..the 1st circuit she shows you the moves at a slower pace…

  • Thats really low..if you have a chest strap make sure its wet when you put it on and tight so it doesnt slip down. also make sure all the info you logged into your watch is up to date!

  • AGREE!! I just bought a polar ft4 last week and it comes with a chest strap..mfp said i burn in the low 200s for lvl 2 of jm 6week 6 pack but with my HRM it said i burned in the 330s..A HRM is more accurate because its right against your heart and is keeping track non stop!!
