  • I've been wearing invisalign since 11/23/13 and should be done mid Sept 2014..on tray 13 out of 21 top and bottom.. have 15 attachments in total but some teeth have more than 1. eat 3 meals a day and try to have my coffee with meals since I cant seen to give that up.. having 3 young kids I still need my coffee throughout…
  • Good morning ya'll :happy: Ive missed checking in this past week. today starts week 5 over again..stopped last week because it was "that time of the month"..time to jump back into it and cant wait to start beta and using weights!

  • Finished lower focus but man those last 10mins seem like they take FOREVER!! Had a good burn even tho I had to stop right after the jumping jacks to change becuz well with having 3 kids my bladder doesnt hold well :laugh:

  • Week 4 Day 2 done! Total body circut was somewhat easier this morning but still have to do modified for the push ups as I dont have any upper body strength. Tomorrow lower focus..:sad:

  • Cardio complete! did modified 20%of the time. got bad knees so cant do all the lunges. burned 285c in 28mins!!

  • Hate lower focus. my calfs are killing me. esp the one leg hop where you wrap your other leg around...ahhhh :grumble:

  • My watch and chest strap are brand new. old one lasted 2 1/2 yrs..i guess i could try washing the strap. just soap n warm water right/air dry?

  • Wheww that was exhausting! speed 1.0 done. Stupid HRM kept loosing signal, maybe its because im big breasted and have to wear it lower than recommended. Think i did ok for what it was doing, burned 250c in 28mins!

  • Legs are hurting from those leg lunge pulses!! Did some cleaning around the house and going to relax for the rest of the day. looking forward to seeing results tomorrow!

  • I started aug 5th also! today was week 2 day 5 and man that lower focus really kills my legs :cry: Excited for tomorrow morning to see if I lost lbs and inches!
  • Today was wk 2 day 2 and yep i suck at push ups. always have to do them on my knees. looking forward to speed 1.0 tomorrow because i know there will be stretch moves between each workout!

  • Lost 1.4lbs and 1 3/4 inches overall. Taking my kids to the farmers market this morning to pick up some local produce and let them get homemade ice cream from the creamery. Cant wait to see what next week brings :drinker:

  • Just finished week 1 day 5, cardio! Next is lower focus in a few mins. i switched them because i heard lower focus take a toll on your legs so saving that for last :sad: Loving that its only 25mins per workouts as i have 3 kids ages 8 and under. I burn 300C with cardio and around 230 with all the other workouts with my HRM.

  • Today is Week 1 Day 5 so double day for me!! drinking my cup of joe for the energy because i know im going to need it! Cant wait till morning so i can see if the scale dropped :smile:
  • I drink the GNC total lean shakes(strawberries&cream) is my fav after workouts! low calories,low sugar but 25g of protein and doesnt taste like chalk! right now at GNC buy a 4pk get one 1/2off plus 20% for using GNC card :happy:

  • I'm the same height and weight and would like to know too but im doing bodypump instead which is almost like Chalean extreme with regards to weight lifting!
  • Go to the dollar general or family dollar and get their cheap ones..they show positive sooner than all the expensive pt ones..i got a + test within 9 days of doing the "dirty" :bigsmile:

  • Great job!! :drinker: My highest weight was 152 also and now 131..what kind of exercises did you do to get such a flat stomach?? thats my problem area from having 3 children..my goal is to look FAB like you a bikini for summer..havent worn one in 3+years :cry:
