Pizza and chinese food as im not much of a drinker..havent had a drink in 3 years since I dont want alcohol around my kids and never have a babysitter! When I do eat those "bad foods" i try and make healthier choices like thin crust with pineapple&chicken and pancit(rice noodles) or steamed veggies! Have a drink for me…

I just started week 6! Did the 5 day inferno plan that included in your kit and i lost 3lbs and 5.25 overall inches! I didnt stick with the meal plan for those 5 days so I probably would have lost more..Theres a schedule that comes with it and you workout for 6 days then 1 rest day..Did you get a schedule with Fire STARTER…

DONT listen to what MFP is telling you..if your exercising you should be eatting at LEAST you BMR! Mines 1309 and I eat about 1500!

Im having the same problems :( I did lose 2 inches tho when I took my 1 mth measurments! Maybe the same will be for you in another week :happy:

Your BMR is how much you should eat just to survive..so if your exercising 2-3days week then i would eat 250-300 above BMR on those days and around BMR on none workout days..you might gain a little in the first week or 2 as you body adjust to eatting more but then will start to loose again!

I'm 5'4 HW 153 (july 2011) CW 131(mid BMI range) GW 125-128 and tone arms and stomach On week 5 of Turbofire and hoping by the time I'm done I'll have the body ive always wanted to Knock the socks off my hubby when he gets home from deployment :bigsmile:

Ive done combat,pump,rpm all from LES MILLS at my local gym!!! Pump is by far my fav..burn about 400 with that and 700 with combat,rpm(spinning)500..

JM 30 day shred was my very first workout and I lost 6lbs and 11 inches with that...I never made it past lvl 2of RI 30 becuz it was soo hard on my knees. Turbofire is great! Keep up the GREAT work!!

Way to go! :drinker: What is your weight in lbs n what kind of exercise did you do? Thats my goal is too look good in a bikini too and still have a few pounds to loose before I take that plunge!

Try eatting 200 calories above your BMR and dont eat your exercise calories back for a few days and see if that works..if it doesnt maybe your mucles are holding onto water to repair its self so bump up your water!

If its not tight up agaist your skin youll get lost signal..ive had mine for 6+mths now and havent washed it yet..i do have to wet the sensors on my chest strap every time i use it tho. i have the FT4!

I do the same!! Im currently doing Turbofire and i know for sure after HIIT workouts im burning up to 24hrs after!!

I try and eat at least 9g of protein after workout to help build up my muscles and fight soreness! they say to eat carbs before working out..dont know why but thats what i heard!

I did the 5 day inferno the beg of april and lost 3lbs 5.25 overall inches..i cheated once and had subway but other than that stuck with the program and exercises. now im in the middle of week 2 and no scale loss yet :sad: but i hear thats normal and the lbs and inches really start to come off after the 2nd mth!

Well im actually in week 2 right now and i took measurments and before pics..feeling a little smaller in the waist but no drop on the scale..the best time for me to workout is between 1-3pm as my 2 1/2 yr old is napping..ive done it a few times while he was awake and had to keep stopping/starting becuz he would get into…

BTW- If you ordered TF within the last few weeks youll get the re-vamped schedule that has the new Fire Starter and LOW HIIT workouts on it..so some of us will have the new schedule and some old..I have the new one and liking it so far..today is week 2 day 4 for me so im a little ahead of ya'll..i started TF on a thurs so…

Whats your daily calorie goal? you should be eatting at least your BMR? its at the top under "TOOLS"! I bet youll start to loose weight after a few days of doing that!

Maybe just need to replace the battery so you wont have to spend another $50-$100?
